Gill passes on her knowledge with great enthusiasm, energy, and humour. With over 25 year’s experience in teaching adults, children, people with special needs, and the elderly, she is passionately dedicated to helping people create a new way of existing through their own insights and creative journeys.

Gill studied in the fields of biochemistry and applied biology and worked for 13 years in the science industry. Twenty years ago she gave up her successful science-based career and busy life to devote her life to the study and practice of meditation, yoga, painting and creativity.

She has since adapted her lifestyle to be surrounded by nature and animals, alternative, self sufficient, and peaceful.

Gill has committed her life to the continuous study and practice of Vipassana, insight meditation, subsumed with the consequences in brain science, mental processes, and mind training techniques and has integrated her unique creative awareness experience to bring deep levels of insight into the practice of conscious living.

For Gill, her daily practice of Kundalini yoga, Vipassana meditation and the art of creativity have become profound and inseparable and are vital to her way of being, which she openly shares through her own experiences and dedication.
